We want to make it easy for small, local business owners to be successful, especially those who serve the downtown Dallas area, the new airport and county government complex.

In addition, we want to provide space for larger national and international companies who want to take advantage of all that Paulding County has to offer.

We want to offer a turn-key product for them. We will do all the work so they don't have to find land, develop it, get zoning find a builder, justify financing, and all that. They can just pick a lot and keep running their business in the meantime.
